Ai Mei has experience in the preparation and review of documentation and finalising of a broad range of commercial transactions including sale, leasing and subdivision of commercial and residential property, franchising, shareholder and partnership structure, supply and distribution arrangements, company structuring and compliance together with trust and estate planning and probate administrations.
