Darren joined our commercial team as Commercial Counsel in 2009 and has been practising for 17 years. He has a wide range of experience working in Perth and Sydney having previously worked for two of the largest legal firms in Australia and one of the largest accounting and business advisory firms in the world as a senior associate.
Darren has extensive experience in corporate law, company and business acquisitions and disposals, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance and advice as well as financing arrangements and structuring.
