With over 25 years’ experience, Evan is the Director in charge of our corporate and commercial team. He practices in all areas of corporate and commercial services including advising companies on, or proposing to list on, the Australian Stock Exchange or substantial private entities, on Corporations Act and Listing Rules compliance and all transactions and other aspects of their operations.

Evan has particular expertise in commercial property development, sales and leasing, financing and securities and commercial documentation preparation and advice.
